The platform strictly prohibits:

  • Unauthorised data extraction or circumvention
  • Misuse of platform infrastructure to bypass fees or processes

GT Setu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect platform integrity and legal compliance.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE

All platform technology, branding, software, databases, and content are protected intellectual property of GT Setu or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant GT Setu a limited operational licence to host and display such content for platform functionality.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RISK DISCLOSURE

  • Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
  • GT Setu does not guarantee outcomes, partnerships, or business success
