What is GTsetu?
GTsetu is a global collaboration infrastructure connecting companies across 40+ countries through a structured platform for cross-border business — market entry, distribution, sourcing, manufacturing, technology partnerships, investment, regulatory support, and strategic growth.
Who is GTsetu for?
GTsetu works with companies, Experts, Facilitators, chambers, clusters, associations, and Ecosystem Leads to create structured global business opportunities — from manufacturers and distributors to consultants and industry networks.
Is GTsetu a broker or intermediary?
No. GTsetu does not act as a broker, agent, or commission-based intermediary between companies. It provides the infrastructure for direct, verified company-to-company discovery and connection.
Which countries and industries does GTsetu cover?
The platform supports multiple industries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas, spanning 12 key industry sectors. Coverage continues to expand based on verified demand and supply.
How are companies and individuals verified on GTsetu?
Every participant goes through a KYB (Know Your Business) verification process — business information checks, domain/email validation, document review, and manual screening — before being able to engage fully on the platform.
Is my information visible to everyone on the platform?
No. Public profiles are anonymised and limited. Full company details, contact information, and documents are only shared after mutual interest is established.
Do I need to sign an NDA before sharing sensitive information?
NDAs are strongly recommended before sharing confidential or proprietary information, and the platform facilitates NDA workflows where applicable.
What roles can I join GTsetu in?
Four main ways to participate: as a Company (discovering partners and opportunities), an Expert (offering paid consulting/advisory services), a Facilitator (supporting your own network of companies from the back end), or an Ecosystem Lead (representing a chamber, cluster, sector, or corridor and onboarding a whole network).
Is GTsetu free to join?
Yes, currently. Companies get access to a free or early-access period, and Experts, Facilitators, and Ecosystem Leads can join the Founding Partner programs on a complimentary basis for Year 1 — no joining fee, no platform fee.
Does GTsetu charge commissions on deals between companies?
No. GTsetu does not charge commissions or success fees on deals concluded directly between companies. Revenue models for Experts, Facilitators, and Ecosystem Leads are structured separately and are success-based or revenue-share based, not commissions on company-to-company trade.
How does GTsetu make money?
GTsetu's primary revenue comes from companies recharging GTsetu Credits, which are used to unlock and engage with verified companies and collaboration opportunities on the platform.
Is GTsetu a party to the commercial agreements companies reach?
No. All commercial agreements are entered into directly between the companies involved. GTsetu does not participate in or enforce contracts made between the parties.
How does matching work on GTsetu?
Matching is based on structured inputs — industry, intent, geography, engagement stage, and collaboration type. Initial discovery is system-assisted, while final connections are based on mutual interest; some introductions may also be curated.
Can I choose who I connect with?
Yes. You retain full control over who you express interest in and whether to proceed with any connection — nothing is forced or automatic.
What is the "non-circumvention" policy, and why does it exist?
All opportunities generated, introduced, or progressed through GTsetu must continue only through the platform — no side deals negotiated or concluded off-platform for an opportunity that originated there. This protects the integrity of the verification, revenue-share, and trust model for everyone involved.
How is my data protected?
Company and personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Access is controlled, purpose-driven, and never shared without consent.
What happens if someone misrepresents their company or authority?
Accounts found misrepresenting information are restricted or removed, and GTsetu may revoke access and take corrective action to protect other users. Every user must also declare their role and authority, backed by a valid authority letter with company signature and seal.
Do I need a long-term contract to get started?
No upfront, long-term commitment is required to explore the platform. Partner tracks (Expert, Facilitator, Ecosystem Lead) typically begin with a one-year agreement reviewed and adjusted at renewal — but Year 1 access itself carries no cost or lock-in.
What support is available once I join?
Every participant type — Company, Expert, Facilitator, and Ecosystem Lead — gets a dedicated dashboard to track activity, requests, meetings, documents, and engagement progress, plus GTsetu platform support throughout.
How do I get started?
Create a profile based on your role — Company, Expert, Facilitator, or Ecosystem Lead — and GTsetu will guide you through verification, onboarding, and your first collaboration opportunity. You can also book a short call with the team to walk through which track fits you best.
