Founder’s Perspective
“Global partnerships fail most often not at negotiation, but at the very beginning — when trust and clarity are missing. GTsetu was created to solve this structural problem.”

Jay Joshi

Founder & CEO — a platform designed to bring structure, credibility, and efficiency to global business collaborations.

Founder’s Note

Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Plymouth, UK and brings with him over 15 years of experience in the thermal power sector, working within his family’s engineering business. During this time, he played key roles across multiple large-scale industrial projects, including assignments in refineries and power infrastructure, where he served as Project Manager and later Director. His responsibilities spanned procurement strategy, project estimations, budgeting, and execution, giving him deep operational exposure to how industrial supply chains and partnerships are built.

Through years of working closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering companies, Jay repeatedly observed a persistent challenge faced by MSMEs: despite having strong technical capabilities, many lacked structured access to international markets. Participation in export opportunities was often expensive, fragmented, and dependent on trade fairs or intermediaries, with outcomes that rarely translated into long-term partnerships.

My long-term vision is to establish GTsetu as a neutral infrastructure layer that enables companies to form international partnerships more efficiently, securely, and successfully.

GTsetu introduces a verification-first collaboration infrastructure designed to bring credibility, transparency, and structure into early-stage global partnerships. By focusing on verified company identities and structured collaboration frameworks, the platform aims to reduce the uncertainty that often prevents promising international business relationships from moving forward.

Jay’s long-term vision is to establish GTsetu as a neutral infrastructure layer that enables companies worldwide to form international partnerships more efficiently, securely, and successfully. By addressing the missing structure between initial introductions and real business outcomes, GTsetu seeks to make global collaboration more accessible, especially for companies that have historically lacked the visibility and network required to participate in international markets.
