Managing Ecosystems Shouldn’t Be Manual

Fragmented outreach and unstructured follow-ups slow down collaboration. GTsetu changes that.

Without a Platform

  • No visibility into which member companies are collaboration-ready
  • Introductions happen informally with no structured follow-up
  • Incomplete company profiles lead to poor matching and wasted effort
  • No analytics to measure ecosystem engagement or collaboration success
  • Sensitive company data shared without proper governance or NDA protection

As a GTsetu Facilitator

  • Monitor collaboration readiness, export preparedness, and profile completeness for all your companies
  • Curate and recommend matches using compatibility scores and sector alignment
  • Invite, onboard, and assist companies in completing their profiles
  • Generate reports, collaboration analytics, market opportunities, cluster activity
  • Operate within a governed, NDA-compliant ecosystem with clear access boundaries

Facilitator Program FAQs

Common questions about becoming a GTsetu Ecosystem Facilitator.

What does an Ecosystem Facilitator do on GTsetu?
Facilitators invite and onboard companies into their ecosystem, assist with profile completion, curate collaboration opportunities, recommend business matches, and generate reports. They act as the operational backbone of the ecosystem, not as decision-makers for the companies within it.
What data can a Facilitator access?
Facilitators can access company onboarding status, profile completeness, collaboration readiness indicators, compatibility reports, ecosystem analytics, collaboration opportunities, and engagement metrics. They cannot automatically access private chats, confidential files, financial documents, legal agreements, or hidden profiles unless explicitly permitted.
Can a Facilitator make decisions on behalf of companies?
No. Final business decisions remain with the participating companies. Facilitators cannot guarantee deals, contracts, funding, or any business outcomes, nor can they approve strategic, commercial, or legal decisions on behalf of companies.
What are the confidentiality obligations?
Facilitators are expected to maintain confidentiality as per their NDA agreement with GTsetu. Company data must not be shared externally without authorization. Any misuse of ecosystem data or access may result in removal from the platform.
Can GTsetu modify a Facilitator’s access?
Yes. Access rights may be restricted, modified, or revoked by GTsetu at any time. Facilitators operate within a governed framework defined by GTsetu’s platform policies.
What kinds of reports can a Facilitator generate?
