After logging in to GTsetu, you will be directed to the Company Profile Builder. You can return to it at any time by clicking My Profile in the left sidebar.
The Profile Builder is where you enter all your company information so that other verified businesses can discover you and choose to collaborate with you.
What You Will See
The Profile Builder is divided into two tabs:

| Images and Documents | Upload supporting photos, certificates, and documents |
Work through the Company Profile tab first, from top to bottom, before moving to the Images and Documents tab.
Your Company Reference Code
In the top-right panel of the Profile Builder, you will see a Company Reference code (for example: MXTJ-7671).
- This code uniquely identifies your company on the platform
- Keep it for your records
- It is used by the GTsetu team if you ever need support
The 20 Credits Joining Bonus
You will also see a 20 Credits Joining Bonus banner in the right panel.
Complete your full company profile to unlock 20 free credits. These credits are used later to activate collaborations with other companies — each collaboration activation costs 1 credit.
The Generate with AI Button
At the top-right of the page, you will see a Generate with AI button. Once you have filled in some basic information, you can use this button to auto-generate content such as your Company Description. You can then edit the generated text to match your voice and add specific details.
What to Prepare Before You Start
Having the following ready will make the process faster:
- Your company’s legal registration documents (for name and registration number)
- Your GST number, CIN, or UDM number (depending on your country)
- Your company website URL
- A company logo (PNG or JPG, up to 2MB, recommended 400×400px)
- A brief description of what your company does
- A list of your key products, services, and capabilities
- An Authority Letter or Affidavit for KYB verification (required later)
