The Overview tab is the first tab you see when you open a Collaboration Workspace. It displays your collaboration partner’s complete company profile — the same information they have entered into their GTsetu profile, now fully visible to you within the secured workspace.
What Is Displayed
Partner Header
At the top of the Overview tab, you will find:
- Company name and verified badge (if applicable)
- Business ID — their unique platform identifier
- Registered location — city and country
- Phone number — direct business contact
- Email address — their designated collaboration contact email
- Website link — opens their official website in a new tab
Company Profile Sub-Tab
The default view within the Overview tab is the Company Profile sub-tab. This displays a structured breakdown of your partner’s business information:

| Company Description | A detailed narrative of what the company does, the problems it solves, and its key offerings |
| Country | The country of registration or primary operation |
| Business ID | Their unique GTsetu identifier |
| Trade Name | The commercial name the company operates under |
| Industry Category | Their primary industry sector |
| Sub-Category | A more specific classification within their industry |
| Collaboration Intent | What type of collaboration they are seeking on the platform |
| Who Am I | Their self-identified role in a collaboration (e.g., Capability & Services Provider, Buyer, Technology Vendor) |
Scroll down within this sub-tab to view additional details the partner may have filled in on their profile.
Images and Documents Sub-Tab
Click the Images and Documents sub-tab to view all visual content and files your partner has uploaded to their GTsetu profile. This includes:
- Company images, photographs, infographics, and screenshots
- Downloadable documents such as brochures, capability statements, and certifications
You can scroll through the image gallery and download any documents directly from this view.
Downloading Your Partner’s Profile
The Download Profile button at the top right of the workspace allows you to download the full collaboration report, which includes your partner’s profile details along with the questionnaire results. See How to Download the Collaboration Report for details on when this becomes fully available.
