Once both companies have completed payment and signed the Mutual NDA, the collaboration becomes fully Active and the collaboration workspace is unlocked. This is the final stage of the pipeline — Stage 4: ACTIVE.
What Changes at This Stage
At the Active stage, all anonymity between the two companies is lifted. The real identities and contact details of both companies are revealed to each other for the first time.
What becomes visible:
| What is Revealed | Description |
|---|---|
| Company’s Real Name | The full legal company name — no longer shown as a code like ZMCV-9573 |
| Location | Full city and country details |
| Phone Number | The company’s actual registered phone number |
| Email Address | The company’s actual business email address |
| Website | A clickable link to the company’s official website |
Finding Your Active Collaborations
Click Collaborations in the left sidebar. Any fully active collaboration will appear here as a card showing the partner’s real company name, location, and contact details.
If you have recently signed the NDA and are waiting for the other party to also sign, this page will still show “No active collaborations yet.” This is expected — the collaboration only appears here once both parties have signed.
The Collaboration Workspace
Click the Open Workspace button on an active collaboration card to enter the shared workspace for that partnership.
The workspace is a private, secure environment shared exclusively between your two companies. It is where you and your partner can:
- Share documents securely — share business documents, proposals, contracts, product specifications, and more within the platform’s protected environment
- Communicate — use the built-in messaging or discussion tools to coordinate without needing to go off-platform
- Track collaboration progress — manage the stages of your business discussion and keep a record of what has been shared
- Maintain NDA compliance — since all sharing happens within the platform, it automatically falls under the NDA both parties signed
What the Workspace is For
The workspace is designed for the evaluation and development phase of a business collaboration. Use it to:
- Share product brochures and technical specifications
- Exchange business proposals and pricing
- Conduct preliminary due diligence
- Agree on next steps for a formal business partnership
It is not a project management tool for an ongoing business relationship — it is the structured, protected space where two companies determine whether and how they want to work together.
Credits Refund on Inactive Collaborations
If a collaboration workspace is created but the collaboration does not proceed to an actual business outcome within 14 days of activation, your credits may be eligible for refund based on GT Setu’s platform policy.
The specific refund conditions are:
- If the collaboration is marked unsuccessful (no active engagement), credits are refunded to your wallet automatically.
- If both parties actively engage in the workspace, the credits are considered consumed as the service was delivered.
