How to Download the Collaboration Report

The Collaboration Report is a comprehensive PDF document that brings together your partner’s full company profile, both parties’ questionnaire responses, and the complete compatibility analysis in a single downloadable file.

When the Report Becomes Available

The full Collaboration Report is available for download only after both parties have submitted the Compatibility Questionnaire. This requirement exists because the report includes the compatibility analysis, which cannot be calculated until both sets of responses are available.

If you attempt to download the report before both parties have submitted, the download may either be unavailable or produce an incomplete version without the compatibility analysis.

How to Download the Report

  1. Open the relevant Collaboration Workspace from the Collaborations section in the left navigation menu
  2. Ensure the BOTH PARTIES SUBMITTED badge is visible on the Questionnaire tab — this confirms the report is ready
  3. Click the Download Profile button at the top right corner of the workspace
  4. The report will download as a PDF file to your device

What the Report Contains

The downloaded PDF includes:

Partner Company Profile

  • Company name, Business ID, and contact details
  • Industry category, sub-category, and trade name
  • Full company description and collaboration intent
  • “Who Am I” classification

Questionnaire Responses

  • Your company’s submitted responses to all 20 questions across the five sections
  • Your partner’s submitted responses to the same questions, displayed in parallel for easy comparison

Compatibility Analysis

  • Overall scores for Alignment, Discussion, Key Decision, and Clarification
  • Section-by-section breakdown of results (Sections A through E)
  • Identification of specific questions flagged as Key Decision items requiring attention

Using the Report

The Collaboration Report is designed to serve as a working document for both parties as they move into formal negotiations or contract drafting. Specifically:

  • Share it with your legal, commercial, or procurement teams as a briefing document
  • Use the Key Decision items as the agenda for your first negotiation session
  • Reference the Alignment items to establish the baseline assumptions in any formal agreement
  • Archive it as a record of the pre-engagement assessment for compliance or governance purposes

GTsetu does not guarantee indefinite access to the report through the platform. It is advisable to:

  • Download and save a copy to your own secure document storage as soon as it is available
  • Share a copy with relevant internal stakeholders promptly
  • Store it in a location accessible to your legal and commercial teams for future reference
