Once you have answered all questions across the five sections, you are ready to submit your questionnaire responses. Submission is the final step that sends your answers to the platform for comparison with your partner’s responses.
Before You Submit
Take a moment to review your answers before finalising. While you can navigate back through sections using the Previous button, once you click Submit Questionnaire, your responses are locked and cannot be edited.
Specifically, check:
- That you have selected the option that most accurately reflects your company’s actual position — not what you think your partner expects
- That multi-select questions have all relevant options checked
- That scale questions reflect your genuine preference on the spectrum provided
- That you have not left any questions unanswered (blank responses may affect your compatibility score)
How to Submit
Step 1 — Complete Section E Navigate through all five sections until you reach the end of Section E (Continuity, Exit & Dispute). The Submit button only appears on the final section.
Step 2 — Click Submit Questionnaire At the bottom of Section E, click the blue Submit Questionnaire button. A confirmation may appear asking you to verify your submission.
Step 3 — Confirmation Once submitted, the Questionnaire tab will update to show the SUBMITTED badge and display your responses in read-only format below a “Waiting for Partner” message (if your partner has not yet submitted).
What Happens After Submission
- Your responses are recorded by the platform immediately
- Your partner is not notified of your submission directly, but they can see from their end that you have submitted
- If your partner has already submitted, the compatibility results are calculated and displayed immediately
- If your partner has not yet submitted, you will see a “Waiting for Partner” message — results will appear as soon as they submit
Can I Edit My Responses After Submitting?
No. Once submitted, responses are locked. This is intentional — it ensures the integrity of the compatibility analysis and prevents either party from adjusting their answers after seeing the other party’s results.
If you submitted responses in error and need them corrected, contact GTsetu support at support@gtconnect.com with the details of your collaboration and the correction required.
