The Images and Documents tab is the second tab in the Profile Builder (next to the Company Profile tab). This is where you upload visual and supporting materials that will be visible on your public profile page.
Switch to this tab after completing all sections in the Company Profile tab.
Images
Upload photos that visually represent your business. These images appear in the Images and Documents section of your public profile and are visible to all companies that view your profile.

Note: Do not upload confidential documents, pricing sheets, or sensitive internal materials in this section. These images are publicly visible to any verified company viewing your profile.

This section allows you to upload supporting business documents that provide additional credibility and context to your profile.
Click the Add Documents button to attach files.

Documents uploaded here are visible to matched partners in the Images and Documents tab of your profile. They are not hidden or private — treat them as marketing materials.
Tip: Adding certifications and a professional catalogue significantly increases your profile’s trustworthiness and the likelihood of other companies reaching out to you.
