Enter your job title or role at the company.
Examples: Marketing Manager, CEO, Business Development Head, Director – Operations

Enter your personal or direct work phone number.

Note: This number is shared only after a collaboration is confirmed between both parties.
Verification Documents (Required for KYB)
You must upload at least one of the following documents for your company to be eligible for verification. These documents are stored securely and reviewed only by the GTsetu compliance team.
Option 1: Authority Letter (Mandatory)
A signed letter on your company letterhead that authorises the person creating this profile to act on behalf of the company for the purposes of registration on GTsetu.
What it should contain:
- Company name and letterhead
- Name of the authorised person (you)
- Statement of authorisation
- Signature of the company director or authorised signatory
- Company stamp (if applicable)

Option 2: Affidavit (Mandatory)
A signed affidavit confirming the accuracy of the company information submitted on the platform.
What it should contain:
- Name of the person making the declaration
- Statement confirming the truthfulness of submitted information
- Notarisation or signature before a legal authority (where applicable)
Click Upload next to the Affidavit section to attach your file.
You only need to upload one — either the Authority Letter or the Affidavit. Both are listed as options; at least one is mandatory to proceed with verification.
Why These Documents Are Needed
GTsetu verifies every company on the platform through a Know Your Business (KYB) process. The verification document confirms that:
- The person registering the company is authorised to do so
- The information submitted is accurate and approved by the company
Without at least one of these documents uploaded, your application for verification cannot be processed.
