Once you have filled in all required fields and are satisfied with your profile, click the Create Profile button at the top-right of the page.
Your company profile is now saved and enters Draft Mode.
What Draft Mode Means
Draft Mode is an intermediate state — your profile exists on the platform, but your company has not yet been verified. Think of it as your profile being “live but not yet approved.”
What You CAN Do in Draft Mode

What You CANNOT Do in Draft Mode

| Receive collaboration requests | Unverified companies cannot receive or respond to interest from others |
| Access contact details | Email and phone numbers are only unlocked after mutual interest and payment are confirmed |
| Appear in other companies’ search results | Your profile is not discoverable to others until verification is approved |
Note: If you try to click Express Interest on another company’s profile while in Draft Mode, you will see an Access Denied message: “You cannot express interest while your company is not verified.”
Viewing Your Profile in Draft Mode
On the My Profile page, you will see two view options:
Anonymized View
This shows how your profile appears to other verified companies — with sensitive details such as your company name, email, and phone number replaced with placeholder values (e.g., XXXX XXXXX). This protects your identity until mutual interest is confirmed.
Your profile will show a DRAFT watermark stamp in the top-right corner of the profile card.
Matched View
This shows your complete profile with all real details visible — the way you and the GTsetu team see it internally.
Editing Your Profile
You can continue editing your profile at any time while it is in Draft Mode by clicking the Edit Profile button on the My Profile page.
Once you apply for verification and it is approved, certain fields used for authentication (such as your legal company name and registration ID) will be locked and cannot be changed.
