After submitting your registration, GT Setu sends an automated email to the company email address you provided. You must click the verification link in that email to activate your account. Your account will not be accessible until this step is completed.
Why Email Verification is Required
Email verification confirms that the company email address you provided during registration is valid and accessible to you. It is a standard security step that protects your account from unauthorized access and ensures GT Setu can reach you with important platform notifications.
Step 1 — Check Your Inbox
Open the inbox for the company email address you used during registration.
Look for an email with:
- From: GT Setu (sent from the GT Dev team address)
- Subject: Verify your email address
- Arrives: Usually within a few minutes of completing registration
If you do not see the email in your main inbox within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. Automated emails from new senders sometimes land there.
Step 2 — Open the Email
The email will greet you by name and email address. The message will read:
“Please verify your email address to complete your account setup.”
Inside the email, you will see a large blue Verify Email button.
Step 3 — Click Verify Email
Click the blue Verify Email button inside the email. This will open a new tab in your browser and redirect you to a confirmation page on the GT Setu website.
The verification link is active for a limited time. If it has expired by the time you click it, return to the GT Setu login page and look for a “Resend verification email” option.
Step 4 — Confirmation Page
After clicking the link, you will be taken to a page on GT Setu that displays:
Email Verified Successfully!
“Your account has been created successfully. You can now access the platform and start building your company profile.”
The page also shows a summary of your account details:

| Location | The headquarters city and country you provided |
| Company Email | The email address that was just verified |
This confirmation means your account is now active.
Step 5 — Go to Login
Click the blue Go to Login button on the confirmation page to be taken to the GT Setu login screen, where you can sign in with your email and password.
Important: Do Not Try to Log In Before Verifying
If you attempt to log in before completing email verification, the platform will block access and show the following error message at the top of the screen:
Access Denied — Please verify your email before logging in.
You will not be able to enter the platform until the email verification step is complete. Always verify your email first, then log in.
