• The platform facilitates company discovery, verification, interest expression, communication, and document exchange
• GTsetu acts solely as a neutral technology intermediary
• The Company does not act as a broker, agent, buyer, seller, partner, or representative of any user entity
• GTsetu does not participate in negotiations, pricing, contracting, or execution of commercial transactions between entities
• All collaborations and transactions are undertaken solely at the discretion and risk of the participating entities

2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

GTsetu is committed to compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and allied rules
• Applicable data protection and privacy laws (India and relevant foreign jurisdictions)
• Contract law, intellectual property laws, and electronic record regulations
• Applicable tax, payment, and corporate compliance requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring that their own use of the platform complies with local, national, and international laws, including sector-specific regulations.

3. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance

GTsetu processes personal and business-related data in accordance with:

5. Payments, Fees & Tax Compliance

Users remain solely responsible for tax compliance, invoicing, and regulatory reporting arising from their business transactions.

• Encrypted communication where applicable

Confidential information exchanged between entities remains the responsibility of the entities involved. GTsetu is not a party to NDAs executed between users.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Platform Integrity

• Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Unauthorised data extraction or circumvention
• Misuse of platform infrastructure to bypass fees or processes

GTsetu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect platform integrity and legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property Compliance

All platform technology, branding, software, databases, and content are protected intellectual property of GTsetu or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant GTsetu a limited operational licence to host and display such content for platform functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability & Risk Disclosure

• Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
• GTsetu does not guarantee outcomes, partnerships, or business success
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law
