Frequently Asked Questions

What does "leading an ecosystem" actually mean in practice?
You represent a sector, geography, chamber, cluster, or corridor. GTsetu creates a dedicated ecosystem page for your group, and you receive a unique onboarding link to invite companies from your network. You retain your identity as the central representative while GTsetu provides the digital infrastructure (dashboard, matching, tracking, reporting).
What happens if I don't want to continue after Year 1?
No second-year commercial commitment applies unless both GTsetu and you mutually agree to terms in writing. There's no obligation to continue on a paid basis.
What's the commercial model, is there a cost in Year 1?
Year 1 is complimentary for selected Founding Ecosystem Partners, no joining fee, no platform fee, and no annual fee. From Year 2, the structure (infrastructure fee, revenue share, success-based, or hybrid) is discussed and mutually agreed based on actual platform usage, ecosystem activity, number of companies onboarded, collaboration progress, and value created.
What visibility do I get into how my ecosystem is performing?
A dedicated Ecosystem Lead Dashboard showing companies onboarded, company profile status, sector/geography distribution, requests sent/received, accepted collaborations, active workspaces, experts involved, meetings scheduled, documents/questionnaires, engagement progress, ecosystem analytics, and revenue visibility where applicable.
How do I (or my member companies) actually earn from this?
You may be eligible for revenue share on paid activity generated by companies onboarded through your ecosystem, credit purchases, paid collaborations, expert engagements, facilitator-led services, marketplace services, and premium ecosystem services. The exact percentage, categories, and payment terms are discussed and agreed before implementation. You can also offer your own paid services (market-entry support, trade mission support, partner search, business matching, sector reports, delegation management, advisory, etc.), with platform fee and revenue split mutually agreed before activation.
What does the non-circumvention policy mean for me and my member companies?
All opportunities generated, introduced, discussed, or progressed through GTsetu must continue only through the platform. No company, Facilitator, Expert, Ecosystem Lead, or related party may negotiate terms, share documents, or conclude engagements outside the platform for an opportunity that originated there. This protects the integrity of the revenue-share model for everyone in the ecosystem.
What does the end-to-end process look like?
  • GTsetu creates a dedicated ecosystem for you based on sector, geography, chamber, cluster, or corridor.
  • You receive a dedicated onboarding link to invite companies from your network.
  • Companies create profiles, sector, capabilities, products, services, countries, and collaboration interests.
  • Companies define their collaboration intent (market entry, distribution, sourcing, manufacturing, technology, investment, etc.).
  • You review company activity, requests, and engagement through your dashboard.
  • Companies discover and connect with relevant companies, experts, facilitators, and other ecosystems.
  • Once companies agree to proceed, they move into GTsetu's structured workflow, documents, questionnaires, meetings, and secure communication.
  • GTsetu provides ongoing reporting and visibility into ecosystem growth.
How does GTsetu pay out revenue share, and how is payment handled?
Wherever paid activity is processed through GTsetu, payment flows through GTsetu's integrated payment system: companies are onboarded → they explore opportunities → paid activity or a paid service is initiated → the company pays through GTsetu → GTsetu calculates the applicable revenue share/fee split per the agreed terms → you receive your applicable share → the dashboard records activity, payment status, and engagement progress throughout.
