Frequently Asked Questions

How does a Facilitator actually create value, end to end?
As a Facilitator, you onboard companies from your own network onto GTsetu. You get a dedicated Facilitator Dashboard to monitor the companies you've introduced, track their platform activity, and support them through onboarding, collaboration discovery, and engagement. You can also proactively flag relevant companies, opportunities, or collaboration partners to the businesses in your network, helping them expand into new markets and build international partnerships, while you remain their trusted back-end advisor.
How does GTsetu generate its platform revenue in the first place?
GTsetu's primary revenue comes from companies recharging GTsetu Credits, which they use to unlock and engage with verified companies and collaboration opportunities on the platform.
What happens if a company I introduce builds a long-term relationship, does my role end there?
No. Company growth doesn't stop at one deal. Businesses continuously look for new suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, R&D partners, technology collaborators, new geographies, and product/tech upgrades. GTsetu is built to support this ongoing discovery, which means your onboarded companies keep generating activity, and revenue share, well beyond their first collaboration.
How does GTsetu protect my relationship with the companies I bring on, and prevent circumvention?
Your Facilitator Dashboard gives you full visibility into your companies' activity, requests sent/received, accepted collaborations, active workspaces, and more. You're also notified whenever your companies receive platform updates or collaboration activity, so you stay in the loop in real time. This transparency is what underpins the non-circumvention framework: all opportunities introduced through GTsetu must stay on the platform.
What exactly is my day-to-day role and workflow as a Facilitator?
You operate from the back end, you're not a front-facing consultant on company profiles. Your workflow: onboard companies → review their profile and collaboration intent → monitor their activity via dashboard → guide them on preparation, clarification, and next steps as they engage with matches → stay visible into meetings, documents, and progress. The company always retains responsibility for its own decisions and negotiations.
Is there a membership fee or contractual commitment to become a Facilitator?
No joining fee, no upfront subscription, and no fixed monthly charge during the launch phase. Engagement typically starts with a one-year Facilitator agreement, reviewed and adjusted at renewal based on how the collaboration is working for both sides.
How does GTsetu verify opportunities and protect Facilitators' business networks?
Every company on GTsetu goes through a KYB (Know Your Business) verification process before joining. The platform also provides NDA-enabled workspaces and structured, documented workflows, so both you and your companies are engaging with verified, legitimate counterparts.
What about commission clarity, payment timelines, exclusivity/territory rights, and legal protections?
  • Commission: 15% revenue share on net platform revenue from your onboarded companies' credit recharges.
  • Exclusivity/territory: Currently open, no territorial restrictions; multiple Facilitators can operate across the same industries/geographies.
  • Independence: You remain fully independent. Any consulting, sourcing, advisory, or business development services you provide to your clients are a separate commercial arrangement directly between you and them, GTsetu does not dictate or take a share of that.
  • Legal: Terms are documented in the Facilitator Agreement; specific concerns on liability, compensation protection, and commercial fairness are best discussed directly so the agreement can reflect a fair two-way structure.
What does the non-circumvention policy mean for me in practice?
Any opportunity introduced, discussed, or progressed through GTsetu must stay on the platform, no side deals negotiated or concluded off-platform for opportunities that originated there. This protects your revenue-share model as much as it protects GTsetu.
