Match Success & Making Payment

Once both companies have accepted the collaboration, a Make Payment button appears on the request card. Clicking it takes you to the Match Success screen, where you review the collaboration details and pay the one-time collaboration fee using your GT Setu credits.

The Match Success Screen

The Match Success screen confirms that both companies have expressed mutual interest. It is a summary screen before you commit credits.

“It’s a Match!” Banner

A blue banner at the top of the screen with a checkmark and the message: “Both companies have expressed mutual interest in collaborating.” This confirms the mutual acceptance is recorded and both companies want to move forward.

Collaboration Fee

The one-time fee to unlock the collaboration workspace is 14 Credits per company. Both companies pay this independently — you each pay your own 14 credits.

What 14 credits unlocks:

  • Full company details revealed — The other company’s real name, email address, phone number, and registered address become visible to you, and yours to them.
  • Auto-generated NDA & document sharing — A Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is automatically created for both parties to review and sign.
  • 14-day refund window — If the collaboration does not proceed (for example, the other party does not pay or sign the NDA within 14 days), your 14 credits are automatically refunded to your wallet.

Match Details Section

This section shows a side-by-side view of both companies:

  • Your Company — your company code and industry type
  • Matched Company — the other company’s code and industry type

Review this to confirm you are proceeding with the correct match before paying.

Next Steps

The screen lists the three steps to complete the collaboration:

  1. Complete Payment
  2. Sign NDA
  3. Begin Collaboration

Proceed to Payment Button

The blue button at the top right of the screen. Click this when you are ready to pay.

The Confirm Credit Usage Pop-up

After clicking Proceed to Payment, a confirmation dialog appears. No credits are deducted until you confirm here.

The pop-up shows a clear breakdown:

Available Credits — Your current credit balance before this transaction.

Credits Required — The number of credits that will be deducted: 14 credits.

Remaining Balance — Your credit balance after this payment. Calculated as Available Credits minus 14. Shown in green if you have sufficient funds.

Refund Note — At the bottom of the pop-up: “If the collaboration is unsuccessful, your credits will be automatically refunded to your wallet for future use.” This is GT Setu’s buyer protection — you will not lose credits if the other party does not follow through.

Confirm & Proceed button — Click this to authorize the deduction of 14 credits. Once confirmed, the payment is processed immediately.

If your available credits are less than 14, the Confirm & Proceed button will not be active. You will need to purchase more credits before proceeding. See the Credits & Billing guide for instructions.

After Payment is Confirmed

Once your 14 credits are deducted:

  • Your collaboration status moves to Stage 3: PAYMENT — your side is marked complete.
  • If the other company has already paid, the collaboration moves directly to Stage 4: ACTIVE.
  • If the other company has not yet paid, you will see a notice indicating the payment window expires in 14 days.
  • You will be prompted to review and sign the auto-generated Mutual NDA.

The 14-Day Window and Refund Policy

After one party pays, the other party has 14 days to also complete payment. If they do not pay within this window:

  • The collaboration expires.
  • The paying party’s 14 credits are automatically refunded to their credit wallet.
  • No action is needed from you — the refund is processed automatically by the platform.

Similarly, if you have accepted a request and the other party paid but you have not paid within 14 days, the collaboration will expire and their credits will be refunded.

Next Step

After confirming payment, the next step is to review and sign the auto-generated Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
