Products & Services

This section lets you list what your company offers — both physical products and the services you provide. These listings appear prominently on your public profile and help other companies understand exactly what they can get from working with you.


Products

Products are physical goods that your company manufactures, supplies, or distributes.

How to Add a Product

Click the Add Product button on the right side of the Products heading. A form will appear — fill in the following fields:

Tips for Writing Good Product Listings

  • Be specific with product names — avoid generic terms like “industrial parts”
  • Include material, dimensions, or standards where applicable
  • Mention any relevant certifications (ISO, CE, BIS, etc.)
  • Add at least 2–3 products to make your profile more discoverable

Services

Services are processes, expertise, or capabilities you offer to other companies — as opposed to physical goods.

How to Add a Service

Click the Add Service button on the right side of the Services heading. Fill in the following fields:

Tips for Writing Good Service Listings

  • Describe the outcome a partner gets, not just the process
  • Mention the industries or types of companies you typically serve
  • If you have minimum order quantities, capacity, or turnaround times, include them in the description

Why This Section Matters

Partner companies often search by product type or service keyword. The more specific and complete your listings are, the more likely you are to appear in relevant searches and receive collaboration interest.

Tip: Think about what a buyer or partner would type into a search bar when looking for what you offer — and make sure those words appear in your product and service names and descriptions.
